Recognizing and Defusing

In this session, Steve Wilder, a nationally recognized healthcare safety and security consultant and co-author of the book "The Essentials of Aggression Management in Healthcare: From Talkdown to Takedown" will discuss the Aggression Continuum and ways to de-escalate aggressive behaviors before physical violence erupts.
