An accomplished and respected thought leader within the EDI Solutions Division of Etactics Kevin’s mission is to help Etactics’ clients realize every dollar of revenue to which they are entitled. He accomplishes this by leading development, consulting and implementation activities related to Etactics’ state of the art Revenue Cycle Management Software Solutions known as AppealsPlus and Real-Time Eligibility and Claim Status Suite. Kevin earned his Bachelor’s Degree in English from The College of Wooster. Prior to joining Etactics in 2014 Kevin worked in a variety of environments including professional services, retail, and non-profits.


Barb Zeleznik has over 25 years of experience supporting the billing departments in medical offices & hospitals. Her past roles have included working in the trenches of billing offices, implementation and design of practice management systems and support. She is currently employed as the Lead Client Manager with Etactics, Inc. Her daily focus includes overseeing the EDI Clearinghouse daily production team and customer service staff. All of the right ingredients, along with a heart of gold, complete the best recipe for understanding the needs of what it takes to get a claim paid in a timely manner. Barb joined Etactics in 2013. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Cleveland State University.
