First Healthcare Compliance is excited to co-host the HIPAA Privacy and Security Summit with Delaware Law School at the Ruby R. Vale Moot Courtroom from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm on November 8, 2018. A group of expert attorneys will engage with panelists and attendees to discuss timely questions and real-life scenarios related to HIPAA privacy and security including Notice of Privacy Practices, Business Associates, employee training, patient rights, safeguards, electronic health records, breaches, cybersecurity and more.
