We will review specific code requirements (NFPA 101 and 99) that apply to regulated health care facilities by CMS and other authorities having jurisdiction, highlight new code requirements that are now being enforced by CMS including annual Fire Door Assembly Inspection and the NFPA 99 Risk Assessment.
