This course covers federal fraud, waste, and abuse laws, and federal enforcement, including the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law, the False Claims Act, the Exclusion Statute, and the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. The course also reviews the seven elements of an effective healthcare compliance program.
